During this two-hour course, we'll examine flood underwriting, including the elements of rating and the requirements for elevation certificates. To help further your understanding, we'll be looking at building diagrams and show examples of flood zones AE & VE. In addition, we'll discuss flood claims, including coverages, limitations, and exclusions.
