This session will address the positive effects that Organizational Culture can have on your agency. While many E&O classes focus on mistakes employees can make that create potential problems, this course will attempt to create an awareness that there are steps we can take as an organization in creating a positive agency culture, that can eliminate many potential E&O issues before they arise. Employees that thrive work better together, collaborate better and communicate better, thus reducing the exposure for E&O loss. We will also discuss the ever-changing Personnel Management issues of remote workforces and how they contribute to your organizations culture and success.
