Description

This class will guide you through the ways you can protect your agency from E&O claims resulting from one of the three largest reasons for an E&O claim, Documentation, Agency Operations, and Certificates of Insurance. In fact, incorrect COI’s may be the leading cause of E&O claims in commercial insurance. We will discuss methods and approaches you can implement at all levels for documentation and agency operations. In addition, we will discuss do’s and don’ts for certificates of insurance. Finally, we will review any state statutes that may apply to all three categories.
