As an agency personal lines CSR, how often are you asked a commercial question by a customer and you are embarrassed that you don’t have a clue?

This course is designed to give you some clues (basic information) about workers compensation, commercial auto, commercial general liability, and flood insurance. 

For workers compensation, you will learn about its basic concepts, theory and coverage.

For commercial auto, general liability (package policies), and flood insurance you will learn the basics of who is covered and what is covered.
