This is not your basic flood class!  We're taking you to the next level with a focus on more advanced content.  During this two-hour course, we'll examine flood underwriting, including the elements of rating and the requirements for elevation certificates.  To help further your understanding, we'll be looking at building diagrams and show examples of flood zones AE & VE.  In addition, we'll discuss flood claims, including coverages, limitations, and exclusions.

After participating in this class, you should be able to:

1. Understand what is needed to write an account and how to obtain that information
2. Explain how flood claims are handled
3. Understand how to report a flood claim and how it is processed following the report
