Clients have different needs, and the astute agent understands the complexities of coverage and effectively uses the wide variety of available endorsements to tailor the standard PAP to meet each individual’s needs. The agent who skillfully customizes coverage not only demonstrates his or her value to clients but also avoids errors and omissions (E&O) charges that can result from failure to meet clients’ needs.
