In this three-part course, we will begin with a discussion about the policy construction and coverage, conditions, definitions and exclusions of the ISO countrywide Dwelling and Mobile Homeowner policies.  We will then shift the discussion to FEMA and flood insurance including beach plans and wind pools. Finally, we will discuss the purpose of and coverage provided by personal Inland marine policies, differentiating watercraft coverage in home, auto, and watercraft policies, personal umbrella liability insurance with a case study.  We will conclude by summarizing personal lines insurance rating and underwriting trends.
