This course is the first of three addressing agency operations and sales management. We will begin with a discussion of Agency Formation and Environment to include Principal-Agent Relationship, producer licensing requirements, agency/carrier contracts, agency ownership types and insurance agency operating affiliations. That is followed by agency organizational management, agency sales management and personal production plans.
