Join us for the launch of a new quarterly webinar series beginning in Fall 2026, designed to bring together insurance professionals from across Virginia for practical, peer-driven conversations about the issues impacting agencies today.

Each session will focus on real-world strategies, tools, and insights to help insurance professionals effectively manage their businesses, support their teams, and navigate day-to-day challenges.

For our inaugural session, you'll hear directly from the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia (IIAV) staff:

  • Lisa Harmon, COO & VFSC Executive Vice President
  • Stevenson Cocke, Director of Membership
  • Molly Hayden, Director of Marketing & Events

We want this series to be driven by the needs of our members. During this first session, we'll introduce ourselves, share how IIAV supports independent insurance agencies across Virginia, and discuss the programs, resources, and advocacy efforts available to you.

Most importantly, we want to hear from you. Join us as we gather feedback, identify key topics for future sessions, and explore ways we can better support your agency and enhance your membership experience.
